This is grass!!
My poor weeping willow tree.Typical Arkansas we have winter weather in the form of ice! They were forecasting almost 1.5 inches of ice and I think we are there! I can hear tree limbs snapping around our house and when I stepped outside to snap pictures I could hear large limbs and possibly trees falling in the woods behind us. Our power went out this morning for about 4 hours and has been back on since noon. I am writing this between power outages-- it keeps going off and coming back on (thankfully). I have the house snug... I've been worrying about keeping the house warm for Addi. Last night I put towel and stuff around the window, blankets on the doors and this morning hung a blanket in the doorway to the kitchen. I had the living room at 66 degrees with NO electricity!! :-) But- the kitchen was 60!! This icy stuff is supposed to last all day and night -- no telling how much we will end up with. I heard we're getting 1-3 inches of snow on top of this ice! Enjoy the pics!

Wow!! The electricty came back on while I was talking to mom at lunch today. We're supposed to get freezing rain and stuff tomorrow. Thankfully I'm all stocked up for food and won't have to get out in it.
I hope that you are staying warm! Is the power back on? Hope it comes back on soon and things can get back to normal for you! We had some ice, but not that bad!

Our electric went out abour 3 or 4am on Tues, came back on that morning, went back out between 9 and 10pm. We didn't get electric until about 9pm Wed. We didn't get any major damage here, just missed work about 1 1/2 days.
