We are wrapping up our busy weekend with a steak dinner tonight. I am trying to get some posts on our blog before someone gets to grumpy while daddy is cooking supper. We attended a local fall festival yesterday. It was nice. The local firemen had a fire demonstration... They set an old camper on fire. The interesting part was how... the fire department has a fire truck with a jet engine on it somehow and they used it to "light" the camper on fire (after dumping kerosene in and on it). I can't figure out why the fire department has something like that... :-) I thought their main purpose was putting fires out not starting them with great fan-fare. :-)
I decorated our front porch for fall and took some pictures of Addi. I also had to Addi proof our house, since she is mobile in her walker and has started getting into things. She is funny to watch scooting around. She is very good at it and makes "laps" around our kitchen island.
